There is one full bath on the main floor as well as a kitchen/dining room, living room and two decks. In the basement there is a 1/2 bath and laundry area. All right on the beach – a great spot to sit and enjoy the view or launch your kayak and go exploring.  Bar Harbor Vacation Rental Permit VR2R25-236. Note this cottage rents from Sunday to Sunday.  Check in at this cottage is after 5 p.m. and check out is before 11 a.m.

Heating/Cooling: Heating is provided by an oil fired hot air furnace system. There is a propane fireplace for chilly evenings. Fans are provided for cooling.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
Linens: Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linens are included. Please bring beach towels.
Telephone/Internet: There is no telephone at this cottage. Wireless internet access is available here.
Television: There is a 32” television in the living room with a DVD/VCR player and ROKU.
Pets: No pets are allowed at this property.
