This lovely home is located just outside of downtown Bar Harbor about 1/4 mile from the main entrance to Acadia National Park. You can bike to downtown Bar Harbor for shops, restaurants and more or pick up the Island Explorer at the end of the road. Offering four bedrooms and three baths, there is plenty of room for your family! On the first floor you’ll find lovely kitchen, dining room, family room, library, full bath and living room. There is also a screened porch and a furnished deck. On the 2nd floor the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and an exercise room off the master. There are three other bedrooms as well as another full bath. Acadia Tranquility is a great home base for your island adventures~nicely sited with a yard and deck for outdoor fun!

Rental Terms: There is a $125 cleaning fee for all rentals at this cottage. Check in is after 5 p.m. Check out is before 11a.m.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms – two bathrooms with toilet, sink, and tub/shower combination and one bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.
Bedrooms: This cottage sleeps eight people comfortably with accommodations for up to 12 people. Four bedrooms – master bedroom with king size bed, two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, and 4th bedroom with twin bunk beds. Also available are two queen sleeper sofas; one in the family room and another in the living room.
Outdoor Accomodations: Enjoy the outdoors on the furnished deck.
Kitchen: This kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, and coffee maker.
Heating/Cooling: Heating is provided by electric baseboards. There is also a woodstove in the family room with wood provided for chilly evenings. This cottage has a split AC/heat pump in the dining room and window air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are located off the entryway near the garage.
Linens: Kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom linens are included. Please bring beach towels.
Telephone/Internet: There is no telephone at this cottage. Wi-Fi internet is available here.
Television: There are TVs in the family room, dining room, and one of the bedrooms; all with cable reception.
Pets: Pets are not permitted here.
Grill: There is a gas grill here.
