Located in Salisbury Cove right on the beach, Cole Compound provides the perfect spot for your next family vacation with accommodations for up to ten people.  In the carriage house you’ll find two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, living area and deck.  The cottage has two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen/dining room, living room, and two decks.  All with access to a private beach and lawn area- a great spot to sit and enjoy the view or launch your kayak and go exploring.  Bar Harbor Vacation Rental Permit #’s VR2R25-236  and VR2R25-235.  This property rents from Sunday to Sunday.

Bathrooms: Two and two half bathrooms: In the carriage house you will find a full bath with toilet, sink, and tub/shower combination and a half bath with toilet and sink. The adjacent cottage has a full bath with toilet, sink and tub/shower combination on the main floor and a half bath with toilet and sink on the lower basement level.
Bedrooms: Each cottage offers two bedrooms. Main house has a queen bedroom on main floor and the second floor loft bedroom has a king and two twin beds. In the Carriage house the master on the first floor has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom upstairs has two twin beds.
Outdoor Accomodations: This beautiful property offers a private beach and lawn for your family’s vacation. Additionally, the cottage features two decks and a hammock while the carriage house provides a deck and screened-in porch for your outdoor enjoyment. The perfect spot for your morning coffee is waiting to be discovered here.
Kitchen: Both the cottage and carriage house come equipped with full kitchens that include dishes, pots & pans, toaster, blender, microwave oven, and coffee maker. Please note the Carriage House does not have a dishwasher.
Heating/Cooling: Heating is by Monitor style heater in the carriage house and oil fired hot air furnace in the cottage. Each offer a gas fireplace for chilly evenings and fans will be provided for cooling.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are located on the main floor of the carriage house and in the basement of the cottage.
Linens: Kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom linens are included. Please bring beach towels.
Telephone/Internet: There is a telephone at the carriage house only with a long distance block. Please use a credit card to make long distance calls. There is wireless internet access at both houses.
Television: In the carriage house there is a 32” flat screen, wall-mounted smart TV with DVD player in the living room and a 27” TV in the loft; both with ROKU connectivity. There is also a 32” television with a DVD/VCR player and ROKU in the living room at the cottage.
Pets: No pets are allowed at this property.
