Bathrooms: One and ½ bathrooms: full bath with a toilet, sink and tub/shower combination and a half bath with toilet and sink.
Bedrooms: This cottage sleeps four people comfortably. Two bedrooms: master with queen size bed; and 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and a twin bed.
Outdoor Accomodations: The outdoors can be enjoyed on the lawn, on the screened-in porch, on the large waterfront deck, or by following the pathway to a private beach.
Kitchen: This kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, blender, microwave oven and coffee maker.
Heating/Cooling: Heating is provided by a monitor wall heater. There is also a gas fireplace in the master bedroom. Fans will be provided for cooling.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are located on the main floor.
Linens: Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linens are included. Please bring beach towels.
Telephone/Internet: There is a telephone here with a long distance block. Please use a credit card to make long distance calls. There is also wireless internet access here.
Television: There is a 32” flat screen, wall-mounted Smart TV with a DVD player in the living room and a 27” TV in the loft; both with ROKU connectivity.
Pets: No pets are allowed at this property.
