Bathrooms: Three bathrooms: one with a toilet, sink and tub/shower combination; one with a toilet, sink, whirlpool tub and shower; and one with a toilet, sink and shower.
Bedrooms: This cottage sleeps five people comfortably. Three bedrooms: master bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds and 3rd loft bedroom with a double bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the library available for use upon request and with payment of an additional fee.
Outdoor Accomodations: There is a private rocky beach just in front of the cottage. There is also a patio area for outdoor relaxation. A mooring, able to accomodate up to a 22-foot boat, is available to rent (in a separate agreement).
Kitchen: This kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, dishwasher, toaster, blender, microwave oven and coffee maker.
Heating/Cooling: An electric heating system is used at this cottage. Fans are provided for cooling.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the utility room.
Linens: Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linens are included. Please bring beach towels.
Telephone/Internet: There is a telephone with a long distance block, so please use a credit card for long distance calls. Wi-Fi internet is also available.
Television: There is a 42” television in the library with a DVD player and cable reception.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property.
