There is an open living room, dining area & kitchen with views galore from inside and from the deck or yard. There is access to the dock where you can throw in a line and perhaps catch a mackeral or just sit and enjoy the view. Centrally located in Hall Quarry you’re just a quick drive to Southwest Harbor, Bar Harbor, Echo Lake and hiking trails from here.

June 28-July 5 $2,296 per week

July 5-August 30 $2,695 per week

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.
Bedrooms: This cottage sleeps four people comfortably. There are two bedrooms: each with a queen size bed.
Outdoor Accomodations: This is a waterfront property with great views of Somes Sound and the mountains. There is a deck with furniture as well as a fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment. Guests at Simple Pleasures have use of the swimming pool and kayaks at Somes Sound View Campground.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, and blender.
Heating/Cooling: There is an electric heating system as well as a fireplace with wood provided for heting. Fans are provided for cooling.
Laundry: There are no laundry facilities at this cottage.
Linens: Kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom linens are included. Please bring beach towels.
Telephone/Internet: There is a telephone here with a long distance block. There is also Wi-Fi internet available.
Television: There is a 40” television in the living room with satellite reception and a DVD player.
Pets: Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, will require payment of a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 per, and proof of flea/tick protection.
Grill: There is a gas grill.
