What a great spot for your Acadia getaway! This comfortable cottage is just steps away from Bar Harbor’s Shore Path. An easy walk to downtown where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, pier, boat trips as well as the Island Explorer, the free shuttle bus that will take you all over the island. At the cottage, there is a nice glassed-in sunporch, living room and eat-in kitchen on the first floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one is a walk through to get to the 2nd) and a full bath. Can be combined with Megerry Place for larger parties.  Bar Harbor Vacation Rental Permit #VR2R25-98.  This cottage rents from Sunday to Sunday only.

There is a $50 cleaning fee at this property for all rentals

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a toilet, sink, and tub/shower
Bedrooms: This cottage sleeps four people comfortably. Two bedrooms: master bedroom with a queen bed; and 2nd bedroom with a full size bed. *You walk through the full bedroom to get to the master.
Outdoor Accomodations: A glassed-in sunporch brings the outdoors in. There is also a patio as well as a nice yard with outdoor furniture and a picnic table- close to the Shore Path. A bike rack is also available.
Kitchen: This kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, blender, microwave oven, coffee maker, mixer, and lobster pot.
Heating/Cooling: Heating is provided by a propane stove/fireplace and electric heaters. Cooling is provided by air conditioning units in the kitchen and master bedroom.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in a closet on the sunporch.
Linens: Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linens are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
Telephone/Internet: There is a telephone with free domestic long distance calling and a block on international calls. There is also wireless internet access at this cottage.
Television: There is a 26” television n the living room and a 19” television in the master bedroom; both with DVD players and cable service.
Pets: No pets are allowed at this property.
Grill: There is a gas grill here.
