On the beautifully manicured grounds of an estate, with full access to the waterfront and nature trails, there are three bedrooms, three full baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, nice screened-in porch and a lovely yard to relax in! 2024 Weekly Rates:
May 25-June 15 $5,600 per week
June 15-August 31 $7,000 per week
August 31-September 28 $6,300 per week
September 28-October 26 $5,600 per week
Cleaning: All rentals shall pay a cleaning fee of $400. Clients who rent for two or more weeks will pay the one time fee of $400. Security deposit is $600.

Many thanks, once again, for a perfect setting to celebrate the twins 14th birthday and Grandpa’s 80th. This time the whole clan gathered in the Gate House and Carriage House to enjoy each other and your spectacular property. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a lovely week staying here at Tranquility Carriage House – played scrabble on the screened in porch, roamed about the garden and beautiful grounds and took in the amazing views of water. Thank you for making this wonderful cottage available! We took advantage of mint in the garden, found frogs in the pond and even located a mink! Loved the grounds and bocce court in particular! Had a great time hiking, biking, boating and climbing in Acadia. Would love to come back!
