This four-bedroom (sleeps 7), 3.5 bath home is located just a short drive from Acadia and downtown Bar Harbor on an estate property with spectacular grounds. Explore the beaches, pond, nature trails and more. Comfortable family home with living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath on the main floor, second floor has three bedrooms and two baths, there is a wonderful playroom on the third floor and on the lower level you’ll find a billiards room as well as a bedroom with one twin bed and another bath. There is a gorgeous furnished deck and covered porch too! No view from the house, but walk through the orchard and you’re at the beach! 

 

Cleaning:  All rentals shall pay a cleaning fee of $250.  This fee will be held out of security deposit prior to returning to tenant.  Clients who rent for two weeks will pay the one time fee of $250.

Details

Bathrooms: Three and a half bathrooms: two bathrooms with a toilet, sink and tub/shower combination, one bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower and a half bath with a toilet and sink.
Bedrooms: This cottage sleeps seven people comfortably with a maximum of nine people accomodated. Four bedrooms: Master with king size bed, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with queen size bed in each and 4th bedroom on the basement level with a twin bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the master bedroom. There is an additional fee for more than seven people.
Outdoor Accomodations: The outdoors can be enjoyed on the screened patio and covered porch, in the yard, the gardens or at the beach. There is shore access here as well as a network of nature trails. There is also a bocce court available.
Kitchen: This kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, dishwasher, toaster, blender, microwave oven and coffee maker.
Heating/Cooling: Heating is provided by oil fired, hot water baseboards. There is also a gas fireplace in the living room. Air conditioning throughout the house provides cooling.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located on the basement level.
Linens: Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linens are included. Please bring beach towels.
Telephone/Internet: There is a telephone here. There is also DSL wireless internet here.
Television: There are TVs in the living room, master bedroom and one other bedroom; all with satellite reception.
Pets: No pets are allowed at this property.
Grill: There is a gas grill here.
